Celebrating Cinco de Mayo with Visitors from Tyler's Sister City
On Friday, May 4th, students, families, and staff celebrated education, culture, and community in a fabulous Cinco de Mayo presentation. As part of the festivities, the Dogan Dance Teams, 8th Grade Spanish class dancers, and Full Out Athletics Cheer and Tumbling performed to an exuberant crowd. The highlight of the celebration was a special message from speaker Luz Nunez Flores, Municipal Presidente from Tyler's sister city S an Miguel Allende of Guanajuato, Mexico.
